Bob Nash Chief Executive Officer

Bob has been with SCED for over 20 years and performed a wide variety of duties during his tenure. Bob enjoys staying in touch with the local economy by talking with area small business owners and elected officials. Bob has a business degree from Cal Poly and is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional.

Ryan Richardson Loan Program Manager

Ryan joined SCED in 2005 to help small business owners grow their businesses by meeting their financing needs. Ryan holds a MBA and is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional. Ryan and his wife have two kids, a dog and cat.

Dan Gilliland Business Development Officer

Dan Gilliland has joined the team as the Business Development Officer after a 25 year business and entrepreneur career. With over 5 years of commercial lending in the State and Federal arena in Northern California he is ready and able to assist clients with their SBA 504 needs as well as SCED's business loan program. Lenders, economic development partners and business owners feel free to call Dan Gilliland for more information, one-on-one site visits and sales calls.

Amy Henderson Loan Program Assistant

Amy joined SCED in 2007 in order to utilize her prior escrow and title experience along with her business background in a new environment. Amy enjoys assisting the small business owners who are receiving financing from SCED. Amy has a business degree from Simpson University.
