Ryan is proud to serve as Executive Director of Superior California Economic Development (SCED), where he blends his passion for business with helping others.

As the son of a small business owner, he understands the vital role small businesses play in creating resilient, thriving communities. Ryan especially enjoys learning each borrower’s unique story and working with them to grow and succeed.

He holds a Master of Business Administration, is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional, and is a graduate of Leadership Redding.

Ryan currently serves on several boards and advisory committees, including NoRTEC, the National Association of Development Organizations (NADO), the NADO Research Foundation Advisory Committee, the Siskiyou County Job Council, the EDA RLF Community of Practice, the California Finance Consortium, and the Yuba-Sutter Economic Development Corporation Loan Committee.
